YOUNTVILLE, CALIFORNIA

Yountville is our favorite town in Napa Valley. Whether you drink wine or not, this viticulture region is fantastic for dining, shopping and exploring. It’s all about passeggiata – the art of the stroll, which is exactly what you do in Yountville. Yountville has Michelin-starred and casual but upscale restaurants, award-winning tasting rooms, world-class art, fine accommodations, and incredible natural vineyards, all within walking distance. It is high-end, but friendly, with a small-town culture. Everything is elevated in Yountville, even a simple stroll.

YOUNTVILLE, CALIFORNIA

Yountville, California located in the Napa Valley is a picturesque town best explored by walking or driving along the one Main Street.

Located in the heart of Napa Valley, Yountville is a luxurious getaway with small-town charm.

If you're on a quest for Michelin star restaurants, Yountville is a great sparkling experience — but you'll need to reserve well in advance if The French Laundry is on your list. It is expensive ($500 - $1000+) for dinner and booked very far out. (Tip: Across the street from the famed restaurant, you can see and take pictures the culinary gardens.) Next stroll along Yountville's street and take in art, tasting rooms, bakeries and charming yet sophisticated storefronts and restaurants.

Start off with a drive and see the pretty main street, with different stores, shops, people strolling along holding hands. Grab lunch at the Restoration Hardware restaurant beautifully decorated with olive trees, twinkle lights and RH decor. Walk on by and find Kollar Chocolates, tucked into a beautiful building with some of the best chocolate truffles in all of California, with varieties like wine and lavender, yumola.

Our favorite thing to do in Yountville is stop by Bouchon, grab a baguette, jam and butter, sit on their outdoor patio and people watch, like we are in Paris, St. Tropez or Tuscany. Later on we love to enjoy dinner at R + D Kitchen for sushi, salads, hamburgers and more. Yountville is luxurious, beautiful and a top destination.
